Complex of Large Load Test Machines

High-power load test machines enable to perform investigations with various materials, details and structures aimed at establishing their strength characteristics and evaluating their performance limits.
The complex includes large-size testing facilities capable of delivering loads up to 3·104N and having both operational options: static and cyclic.

1. The MUG-3000 Multipurpose Load Test Machine

Maximum load 3·107 N, Support plate maximum travel 0.5 m, Maximum specimen size: tension tests: width 5.5m, thickness 0.05m, length 15m compression tests: cross-section 3 х 5.5m, length 1.6m bending tests: width 3.5m thickness (height) 2m span between supports 4.5m.

2. The MPI-600 Bending Test Machine

Maximum load 6·106 N Maximum plunger travel 0.15m Maximum specimen size: width 1.5m thickness 2.5m span between supports 8m

3. The MP-800 Multipurpose Load Test Machine

All load test machines are fitted with electronic load control systems that enable simulating various repeated stress patterns (sinusoidal, saw-tooth, etc.), and measuring strains, deflections and forces on the tested specimens or structures.
