The Fourth Transport Exhibition and Conference
TRANSTECH'2000 incorporates the positive experience of holding Russian
transport forums, the most important of which was the International
European-&-Asian Transport Conference and Exhibition TRANSTECH'98 held
in St.Petersburg in 1998. TRANSTECH'2000 main aims are: to present Russian
transport complex capabilities; to organise international transit through
the Russian Federation; to promote infrastructure development in Russian
branches of international transport corridors; to demonstrate present-day
transportation technologies, information and logistic systems for rail,
air, motor, water and pipeline transport, examples of new transport
vehicles, advanced transport development programs, and advanced transport
control systems in the view of Russia's integration into the global
transport network.
The exhibition was held by Transtech Neva
Exhibitions with the assistance of LENEXPO and Dolphin Exhibition Ltd
(UK).
